Support Worker

Job Overview:

We are currently recruiting support workers for two separate supported living services: one with 2 residents and the other with 3 residents. The homes are near Halewood, Merseyside (L6 postcode area). ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE WITHIN REASONABLE DISTANCE FROM THIS LOCATION.

We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing compassionate care to individuals in need. The services we provide include supported living; residential, nursing and respite care; supporting people with complex health and social needs; dementia support and transitional services, enabling choice, control and increased independence depending on the location (home) you will be working at.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting and supporting individuals with various care needs, including medication administration, behavior management, and dementia care.
What we look for in all candidates, whether experienced or not, is a positive attitude, empathy for the people we support and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

– Previous experience will be an advantage, but not essential.
– A compassionate and caring attitude towards supporting vulnerable individuals
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and their families
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care services
